YWB-GH is keen on building important and mutually benefiting relationships and partnerships with individuals, institutions, businesses and organizations who believe in our vision, mission, core values and intrinsic believe in achieving our goals. We are however a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-ethnic group and therefore do not want to align ourselves with any such group or organization but will focus on working across all borders and boundaries. We simply do not fit into any box, cannot be tagged/branded except what is good and try to be beyond negative definitions.

We are much hopeful that the life and works of these people can inspire, motivate and help change the fortunes of young people hugely.

Here is your real opportunity to make a difference in your life and that of others. We are highly selective, quality over quantity organization. This is to help us achieve our vision, mission and goals with much ease knowing that we have people who share common background, values and ideologies. After an application is filled, our membership selection committee uses a combination of qualitative information about a candidate’s history and aspirations to decide if they are eligible for membership. We don’t share every detail of the selection process, but certain core criteria are explained below:
Before we can accept your YWB membership, we must verify that you fit the following criteria:
15-35 (for full members only)
Proven track record of youth work and/or leadership experiences
Passionate, promising and purposeful
Interest and commitment for youth issues
Fully understand our course
Ready to join us in making positive change
