After an application is filled, our membership selection committee uses a combination of qualitative information about a candidate’s history and aspirations to decide if they are eligible for membership. We don’t share every detail of the selection process, but certain core criteria are explained below:

15-35 (for full members only)
Proven track record of youth work and/or leadership experiences
Passionate, promising and purposeful
Interest and commitment for youth issues
Fully understand our course
Ready to join us in making positive change
